Driving to Lake Como offers flexibility and stunning views. The area is accessible via the A9 motorway from Milan. Parking is available at most hotels and at the wedding venue. The drive from Milan takes approximately 1 hour.

Remember to check parking arrangements with your hotel. Italian driving rules require an International Driving Permit for non-EU licenses.

By Air

The closest airports to Lake Como are Milan Malpensa (MXP) and Milan Linate (LIN). From either airport, you can reach Como by train, private transfer, or rental car. The journey takes approximately 1-1.5 hours.

We recommend booking flights well in advance, especially during the peak season. Direct flights are available from major European cities.

By Train

Como is well-connected by rail to major Italian cities. The main station, Como San Giovanni, has regular services from Milan (journey time: 40 minutes). High-speed trains from other European cities connect via Milan Central Station.
